Job Description
As an Outside Account Manager - Denmark - Sjælland Region you are responsible for the complete account management of both existing and new authorized dealers in your region. You are the face of our brands and play a key role in building and strengthening sustainable, successful partnerships with our retail partners.
You will report to the Regional Leader and work closely with the Inside Sales Team and other departments to support our partners and optimize business performance. In this role, you will also actively contribute to the implementation of our Rider Retailer Centric business model and help build a strong dealer network for all BCF brands in your region.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Actively identifying potential partners through prospecting, market research and follow-up.
- Active field service and visits to our partners within the area.
- Advising dealers on commercial and marketing matters, including support for local activities.
- Scheduling meetings and conducting sales conversations with (potential) clients.
- Negotiate prices, terms and contracts.
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Monitoring market trends and competitive activities.
- Carefully capture customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Working closely with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts.
- Representation of the brand at dealer events, trade fairs and national competitions.
- Participation in internal training courses, sales seminars and meetings at the headquarters in Beringen (Belgium).
Your profile:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Well organized, independent, and able to manage priorities.
- Knowledge of sales processes and experience with CRM systems.
- Flexible and resilient in a dynamic sales environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within your area.
- Dutch and good command of English.
- Affinity with and a passion for cycling and sports.
