As an Outside Account Manager - Denmark - Sjælland Region, you are responsible for the full account management of both existing and new authorized dealers in your territory. Maintaining strong commercial and business relationships with clients is key to your success.
You will report to the Country Manager work closely with the Inside Sales Team and other departments to optimize customer satisfaction and business performance. In this role, you’ll also actively contribute to the implementation of our commercial strategy and help build a strong retailer network for all BCF brands in your territory.
Your responsibilities include:
- Actively identifying potential customers through prospecting, market research, and follow-up on leads.
- Active field sales and customer visits within the territory.
- Providing excellent customer service and marketing support to your dealer base.
- Scheduling meetings and conducting sales conversations with (potential) clients.
- Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts.
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Accurately recording sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts.
- Attending internal sales seminars, training, and educational sessions at headquarters (Beringen – Belguim).
- Representing the brand at dealer events, trade shows, and national races.
