The Corsa Pévèle is back, now with fully integrated cables
The Corsa Pévèle has long been a cornerstone of the Eddy Merckx range. A bike for riders who appreciate steel, craftsmanship and pure riding pleasure. Now, this classic takes another step forward. The latest generation features fully integrated cable routing, giving the frame an even cleaner and more contemporary appearance.
The biggest update can be found at the front of the bike. All cables are now fully integrated through the handlebar and head tube. This allows the elegant lines of the steel frame to stand out even more. The result is a premium finish that perfectly matches today's standards, while preserving the timeless character of the Corsa Pévèle.

Built for two worlds
Beneath its refined appearance lies the same versatile bike. Fit a lightweight wheelset and you have a responsive road bike built for long days on tarmac. Switch to wider tyres and the Corsa Pévèle effortlessly transforms into an all-road bike that feels just as comfortable on gravel roads. With tyre clearance of up to 40 mm in a 1x setup or 38 mm with a 2x drivetrain, you decide where your ride begins and ends.
The geometry combines the best characteristics of a road bike and a gravel bike. A slightly lower bottom bracket lowers the centre of gravity, providing greater stability and confidence. Meanwhile, the wheelbase remains shorter than that of a typical gravel bike, giving the Corsa Pévèle its lively and responsive handling. The result is a bike that feels equally at home on long endurance rides and spirited adventures across mixed terrain.
Every Corsa Pévèle is handcrafted in Italy using a carefully selected combination of Columbus SL and Columbus Zona steel tubing. This unique blend delivers exactly what steel is known for: comfort, resilience and durability. Thanks to the double- and triple-butted tubes, weight remains impressively low without compromising stiffness or reliability.
The latest generation is also equipped with a Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH). This standardised derailleur hanger makes future replacements easier while ensuring broad compatibility with modern drivetrains. In this way, the Corsa Pévèle combines traditional craftsmanship with contemporary technology.
Since 1980, the name "Corsa" has represented the finest steel bicycles from Eddy Merckx Bikes. Today, that tradition continues in Italy, where every frame is still handcrafted by experienced frame builders. With the introduction of fully integrated cable routing, the Corsa Pévèle looks more refined than ever while remaining true to everything that has made it so special over the years.
